The Service is provided “as is” and accessible online.
You are responsible for having compatible hardware, browser, and Internet access.
We may improve, modify, or suspend certain features in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
We may limit or suspend an account in case of clear misuse of the Service.
6. Third-Party Integrations & OAuth
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Google Workspace) via OAuth.
You control the permissions granted and may revoke access at any time within the Service or at the provider.
Data exchanged through such integrations is processed per our Privacy Policy and the providers’ policies.
7. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and rights associated with the data you import.
8. Service Levels & Maintenance
We use reasonable measures to ensure availability and security.
Planned maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions; we aim to minimize them.
9. Support
Support is available at contact@edensia.fr. Specific SLAs or schedules may be defined contractually.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, logos, trademarks, software, and content are protected. No rights are granted beyond permitted use.
You retain ownership of the content/data you import into the Service.
11. Warranties & Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Unless required by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages.
Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last twelve (12) months.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account pursuant to your plan/contract terms.
We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these Terms or unlawful use.
Upon termination, access ceases. You may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montpellier, subject to prior mediation where applicable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date is shown below. In case of material changes, we will notify you through appropriate means.
